JA Homes was founded by two fathers, both experienced in real estate, who named the company after their daughters — the initials J and A. It's a personal starting point for a business built on trust between families.
That's not a marketing line — it's the actual reason the company is named the way it is, and it shapes how we work. We're a small, local team, and every family we work with is treated the way we'd want our own families treated.
The mark: the "J" is drawn as a building silhouette; the "A" is inverted. The negative space between them forms a downward arrow — the foundation a home is built on.
Our current focus is the NH-16 corridor between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, home to our one live project, Om Sai Ashraya in Phulnakhara. We're a growing local real estate sales & marketing firm — Om Sai Ashraya is the project we represent today, and we're actively working to bring more vetted projects onto the site as they're onboarded.
